We ship from Argentina to the entire world.
We accept PayPal as a payment method and work with FedEx or DHL for international logistics, ensuring a reliable shopping process and door-to-door deliveries.
Once your order is placed on our website and payment is confirmed, you will receive your tracking code via email and WhatsApp within the timeframes detailed on our site.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on international shipments.

The customs office of the destination country may apply duties, taxes, or additional charges according to local regulations.
These taxes and customs controls are the responsibility of the customer and the recipient, and are independent of ENVIA.COM (international shipping logistics).
In some cases, ENVIA.COM may be required to pay duties on behalf of the customer before the goods are released.
These charges may vary depending on the country, the type of item, and the commercial invoice. In such cases, the additional amount will be automatically charged to the customer’s account.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Period:
Products can only be returned if they arrive damaged, within 10 days from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions:
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.
If you are unsure about purchasing a model, we recommend visiting our physical showroom in Álvarez Thomas to make your purchase. As our products are vintage and available in limited stock, we do not accept returns due to preference, or for minor details that may result from storage over the past 10+ years. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us via Instagram so we can show you the sunglasses in more detail or provide additional information about the specific product.
Return Process:
Once the claim is made within 48 hours (via email or Instagram), the customer must send back the defective sunglasses using a return label we will provide through Correo Argentino. When the package enters the system, a new product will be shipped out. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, while the replacement shipping will be covered by the brand.
Refunds:
If the model is no longer available in stock, the customer may choose to exchange it for another model or receive a refund for the purchase amount via bank transfer.
